I was a competitive dancer at the national level for 11 years. It took a toll on body but I didn't want to completely push dancing aside. Yoga was a way for me to move gracefully with my body, while improving my strength and flexibility in my body and mind. In 2014 I went through Anchorage Yoga's 200 hour teacher training and learned more than in ever expected. Yoga for me is more then just a physical practice, it's a vibrant expression of my self in a fun and joyful way, and I'm looking forward to sharing this with others
