Our signature ride is a fun, high-intensity and low-impact cardio party! Achieve superior results with this carefully crafted combination class featuring arm, leg, and abdominal movements followed by a cardio blast on the bikes that will rev up your metabolism and jumpstart your endorphins!

PowerRide


This indoor cycling class combines expert coaching with an electrifying sound and light system to create the ultimate sensory experience. Featuring Performance IQ, your speed, power, heart rate and calories burned will be featured on two 70” screens in the cycle house. You’ll find your limits then push beyond in this premium, “all or nothing” ride.
